  • eligibility requirements are not met
  • a batch is full
  • payment obligations are not completed
  • operational or safety requirements make enrollment unavailable

Students are responsible for paying course fees, registration charges and any other approved costs according to the fee structure communicated at the time of admission.

Where installment plans are available:

  • installments must be paid by the communicated due dates
  • late or missed payments may affect class access
  • discounts or scholarships apply only when formally approved
  • payment receipts should be retained
  • fee details may vary by course, batch or promotional period

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the approved RCC refund policy, course status, enrollment stage and services already provided. Students should submit requests through an official RCC contact channel.

  • registration fees may be non-refundable
  • course fees already used against delivered classes or resources may not be refundable
  • approved refunds may require processing time
  • promotional discounts may affect refund calculations
  • course transfers or batch changes require approval

The RCC website, course materials, videos, recorded lectures, graphics, logos, designs, text, downloadable resources and other educational content are owned by or licensed to Rise Computer College unless stated otherwise.

Students and website users may not reproduce, distribute, resell, upload, publish, record or commercially exploit RCC content without written permission. Personal educational use is allowed only within the access granted by RCC.

Users and students are responsible for:

  • engages in harassment, fraud or illegal activity
